Goodbye to a hard worker

I love to use things into infinity, but eventually things die. Poor vacuum was 10 years old. The shop said he could be rebuilt for close to the price of a new one, but the new ones are much stronger and cleaner, soooo.....

I hugged the vacuum cleaner goodbye in the shop, and everyone quietly watched. I also asked what would happen to him next, but then I said nevermind. I don't want to confirm he's heading to the dumpster out back. If you don't answer me, I can imagine he's retiring to a small island somewhere.

Thanks for all your hard work, pal.

My vacuum didn't actually have a face like this, but in my head he did...
